The Iranian Collective for Justice & Accountability (ICJA) is a volunteer-led project focused on the promotion of human rights and accountability for the past, present and future of Iran.

The Iranian Collective for Justice & Accountability (ICJA) was founded to promote human rights and accountability for all Iranians. In the wake of the Women, Life, Freedom movement, ICJA recognizes that Iran is at a pivotal moment in its history. The country is experiencing a shift in political discourse and cultural identity, with the potential for a new form of governance.
ICJA believes that any future government in Iran must be built on a foundation of truth and justice. This includes holding perpetrators accountable for past crimes and ensuring access to justice for all victims. ICJA firmly opposes any efforts to grant blanket amnesty to individuals or factions within the Iranian government in pursuit of political goals or power transitions.
Iran must provide its citizens with access to justice and hold individuals and entities accountable for acts of violence, torture, and killings.
ICJA advocates for a structured approach to confronting state-sponsored crimes—one that is grounded in truth, justice, and accountability. A just and prosperous future for Iran depends on creating a safe and effective process for victims to seek redress for past, present, and future injustices.
جمع ایرانیان برای عدالت و پاسخگویی (ایکجا)، در پی جنبش زن، زندگی،آزادی، با هدف ترویج حقوق بشر و ایجاد پاسخگویی برای همه ایرانیان تأسیس شده است. ایکجا بر این باور است که ایران در یک لحظه تاریخی سرنوشت‌ساز قرار دارد. این کشور در حال تجربه تغییر در گفتمان سیاسی و هویت فرهنگی خود است، با این امکان که شکلی جدید از حکمرانی شکل بگیرد
ایکجا معتقد است که هرگونه حکومت آینده در ایران باید بر پایه حقیقت و عدالت بنا شود. این امر شامل پاسخگو کردن عاملان جنایات گذشته و تضمین دسترسی تمامی قربانیان به عدالت است. ایکجا قویاً با هرگونه تلاش برای اعطای عفو عمومی به افراد یا جناح‌های داخل حکومت ایران، به بهانه اهداف سیاسی یا انتقال قدرت، مخالف است
ایران باید به شهروندان خود امکان دسترسی به عدالت را بدهد و افراد و نهادها را برای اعمال خشونت، شکنجه و قتل پاسخگو بداند
ایکجا از رویکردی ساختاریافته برای مقابله با جنایات دولتی حمایت می‌کند—رویکردی که بر پایه حقیقت، عدالت و پاسخگویی بنا شده باشد. آینده‌ای عادلانه و شکوفا برای ایران، مستلزم ایجاد فرآیندی امن و مؤثر برای قربانیان است تا بتوانند برای بی‌عدالتی‌های گذشته، حال و آینده درخواست رسیدگی و جبران خسارت کنند
